You are:

A passionate Data Business Analyst that will work with management to drive PB’s data strategy to execution. You will enable PB to improve decision making, optimize business processes, and identify growth opportunities. This position is located in White River Junction, VT.

You will:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to execute on PB’s data strategies, practices and priorities.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to fully understand the business requirements and translate them into execution.

  • Partner with the VP, Data in coordination, implementation, execution and completion of specific initiatives ensuring consistency and performance of company strategy, commitments and goals.

  • Develop a roadmap of the defined scope and priorities for executing against strategy.

  • Consult and collaborate with finance and engineering development teams on the design and functionality of product solutions to deliver high quality, innovative products while leveraging existing infrastructure to reduce costs and development time frames

  • Maintain a deep understanding of PB’s business processes and how the reporting technologies, tools, and systems support them.

  • Develop standards, policies and processes that deliver sustainable results and enable scale.

  • Effectively collaborate with teams across the organization and leverage Agile methodologies for project management.

  • Support continuous improvement continuous delivery by identifying, analyzing, documenting, and improving the company’s business processes in support of the strategic goals

Your background:

As a Data Business Analyst, you have:

  • 3 years working with business stakeholders to manage strategy through execution.

  • Excellent written communication, verbal communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to organize and present information in a clear and concise way to a variety of audiences.

  • Proven track record combining business acumen, analytical mindset, and technical skills

  • Attentive to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple initiatives. Strong project management, planning and organizational skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technical field.

  • Project Management Certification a plus.
