You are:

Performance driven individual who is committed to provide innovative service to our clients. You are approachable and relationship-oriented as you contribute to Pitney Bowes success

You will:

  • Provide end to end support of pre-employment screening and employment documentation of candidates going through the application and hiring process. It partners internally and with our background, drug, and I9 vendors to ensure compliance and completion of necessary tasks.

  • Monitor candidates through an e-recruiting system (ATS) entering clear, consistent, and regular notes on candidates' status throughout the process

  • Monitor the background vendor's systems to review and retrieve background and drug test results

  • Team with Talent Advisors, multiple vendors, HR Legal, and other key partners to ensure onboarding is completed in a timely and accurate manner

  • Ensure all applicant and employee electronic paperwork is in compliance with company policy

  • Use highly automated processes and multiple systems to perform all tasks related to the onboarding of new hires, rehires, and transfers

  • Determine when an issue requires escalation, taking action and following through until the issue is resolved and the root cause is determined. As required, remediate process gaps exposed.

  • Recommend improvements to supporting technologies and processes that will increase efficiency and reduce the onboarding process time. Create, maintain, and follow documented processes

  • Work within a team environment; provide backup support to other coordinators as necessary

Your background:

As a New Hire Fulfillment Coordinator, you have:

  • 2 years’ experience in an office environment in an administrative capacity

  • Experience with regulated industries (such as DOT-regulated driver requirements) a plus

  • Functional Knowledge: experience in a role related to HR and/or the onboarding process preferred

  • An Associate’s degree in business related field preferred

  • Systems knowledge: SAP, vendor systems, case management systems

  • Organizational/project management skills: time management, task prioritization, ability to work independently

  • Interpersonal skills: actively listens, asks appropriate questions, has ability to build relationships cross functionally, works collaboratively

  • Process/detail oriented: understand an end-to-end process, work with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Demonstrate flexibility and accountability in assigned tasks

  • Ability to quickly learn and work within multiple integrated systems, swiftly moving from one to another

  • Ability to deal with highly sensitive and confidential information

  • Good communication skills including ability to interact with senior leaders.
