You are:

Organized, detail-oriented, intellectually curious, project focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment in an effort to build an incredible culture that drives engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, development, and high performance throughout our workforce. You will have a dual reporting line into the VP, Global Talent Management and VP, Global Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement and will be based in WHQ, Stamford, CT.

You will:

Assist the VP of Global Talent Management and team in the following ways:

Understand, and deliver upon Pitney Bowes strategic Talent Management goals and objectives.

Assist in the development and execution of HR programs such as performance management, succession planning, development planning, career planning and Strategic Talent Reviews

Assist in performance management process that includes setting goals, providing feedback, mentoring, coaching programs etc.

Assist in building an incredible culture that drives engagement, development, and high performance throughout our workforce.

Assist in conducting research on broader Talent Management topics, summarizing information found, and making recommendations for plans of action.

Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on assigned programs

Assist in the development of Talent Management related process workflows

Report on key metrics and assist in preparation of presentations and PowerPoint compositions

Calendar management

Assist the VP, Global Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement in the following ways:

Calendar management including coordinating speaking engagements

Assist in coordinating Pitney Bowes participation in conferences and events to recruit diverse talent and engage current employees such as the Grace Hopper Conference for women in technology

Entry provide planning and tactical support for activities designed to enhance diversity, foster inclusion and increase engagement such as Pitney Bowes Women’s Inclusion Network (PB WIN), Pitney Bowes Young Professionals (PBYP), the Next Generation Conference and the Engagement Survey

Support diversity, inclusion and engagement content development for internal and external communications channels such as web sites, thought leadership, social media

Assist in the preparation of presentations on diversity, inclusion and engagement including research, sourcing images, and PowerPoint composition

Assist with the tracking and analysis of metrics on diversity, inclusion and engagement

Your background :

As a Talent Management Associate, you have:

1 year of experience and/or strong interest in Talent Management and Diversity and Inclusion desired

Experience in leading large-scale and/or change management projects desired

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)

Competency in Human Resources via previous work-related experience and education is a plus

Ability to prioritize and multitask, working on various types of tasks rapidly with the ability to pivot as needed

Organized and energetic with excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

Intellectual curiosity with a passion for learning and problem solving

2 to 4 year degree in Business, Human Resources or related field is desired
