A driven individual who can deliver insights that are expected to help drive key strategic initiatives in sales, product development, marketing, branding, and client retention. Your contributions will help guide our transformation, insights about clients and prospects' needs, perceptions, motivations, and behaviors.
Maintain internal client relationships and consult on current and future research needs
Make recommendations on appropriate qualitative and quantitative research methodology that will deliver on business objectives
Select and manage research partners to design and execute research that are timely and cost effective
Guide research partners in data analyses and reporting that will deliver results with a compelling story, clear implications & actionable recommendations for next steps
Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders that oftentimes include very senior level executives such as division presidents, EVP of products, marketing, etc.
As a Senior Market Research Manager, you have:
7 year experience in the design, execution, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of custom market research across key quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
Experience in B2B market research with some experience in digital technology sectors preferred; retail or technology industry and business services research experience also a plus
Experience in working with data analytics tool such as Q, SPSS, SAS, or other similar tool.
Ability to tell a compelling story leveraging insights to build a presentation using Power Point
Must live within commuting distance to Stamford, CT.
- Ability to program a simple survey on the Confirmit platform a plus
