You are:

Highly motivated, self-starter with exceptional organizational skills. You thrive on working independently or as part of a team, are excited about testing and learning from new marketing creatives that have a direct impact on revenue.

You will:

  • The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for performing communications, travel, budget and administrative duties and must have the ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities. This is an extremely high visibility, developmental opportunity with direct access to and partnership with senior Marketers (and the senior level marketing executive team).

  • Provide project assistance on high-profile marketing assignments, such as product launches, global best practice sharing and competitive advertising monitoring.

  • Responsibilities include industry speeches, social media monitoring, web marketing performance analysis, and brand building initiatives.

  • Manage agenda of all staff meetings, take meeting notes, and follow-up with organization leaders on next steps and marketing deliverables.

  • Researches new marketing technologies and tools for more effective team collaboration and marketing efficiency.

  • Keep records on discussion topics for all 1:1 meetings, and ensure that larger marketing priorities are communicated in 1:1 sessions or in monthly staff meetings.

  • Partnering with executive management and their Assistants throughout the organization and with external clients, vendors, agencies and partners, domestically and internationally

  • Answering phones, managing email, maintaining calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings, setting up video conferences, making travel arrangements, and submitting expense reports.

  • Preparing correspondence, presentations (writing and visual design), handouts, executive communications, and retaining records.

Your background:

As a Marketing Specialist, digital marketing and e-commerce, you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business or relevant work experience preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to think like a Marketer, including interest in targeting, messaging, positioning, creative development and/or measurement/analysis

  • Acumen to handle complex situations and prioritize competing projects with attention to detail

  • Excellent technology skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Facility with Keynote (Apple) and confidence with new technology

  • Ability to interface globally with employees and management, as well as external clients, vendors and partners

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and written/verbal skills
