You are:

Performance driven individual who is committed to provide innovative service to our clients. You are approachable and relationship-oriented as you contribute to Pitney Bowes success

You will:

  • Provide support in the design and maintenance of the HR SAP system for a group of clients including working directly with select client managers to help facilitate their changes.

  • Provide support in the design and delivery of reports from the various HRIS systems under the direction of the HR Business Partners including monthly and quarterly reports designed to inform the business of trends in hiring, attrition promotion and lateral movement.

  • Provide assistance to managers on the use of various HR information systems, including Manager Self-Service, Taleo, and MyPortfolio.

  • Partner with the HR Business Partners in the delivery of major projects such as the Strategic Talent Review, Year-end Process, Calibration, tracking of development plans and employee engagement action plans.• Assign to special projects as appropriate in support of a specific unit or function.

Your background:

As a HR Data Excel Administrator, you have:

  • Excellent systems skills; ability to learn diverse technologies

  • Proficient in Excel (e.g. pivot tables, Vlookup) with demonstrated experience in your current AND previous role within the last year

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Good communication skills including ability to interact with senior leaders.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Two years’ work experience in an HR environment

  • Position is located in our corporate office in Stamford, CT. You must also be able to travel among the Connecticut facilities as required
