You are:

A forward thinking individual who can leverage your prior corporate/business strategy experience to influence the strategic direction of the business. On a day-to-day basis you will work on projects related to when, where and how PB competes, M&A opportunities, operational excellence initiatives and ensuring the organization is on track to achieve its financial commitments.

You will:

  • Deliver analytically rigorous and data-driven insights that help PB executives make strategic decisions and drive business prioritization

  • Lead and support cross-PB initiatives spanning growth strategy and operational excellence based on analysis of industry trends, competitive threats, expansion opportunities and internal performance

  • Work closely with senior executives to refine PBs's portfolio and business strategy, and associated M&A roadmap

  • Support Strategic Planning teams in developing Business Unit strategy and operational priorities

  • Help craft communication of PB's portfolio and business strategy to various stakeholders (Employees, Corporate, Board, Investors)

  • Work collaboratively and lead in a team environment both within the Corporate Strategy team and with Business Units to help secure the commitment for cross-company efforts and fully leverage PB's assets

Your background:

  • As a Corporate Strategy Analyst, you have:

  • Excellent financial acumen with the ability to connect the dots between business strategy/initiatives, operational plans and financial performance

  • Proven facilitator and communicator that has the ability to lead groups at all levels through complex problems with confidence and clarity

  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with demonstrated quantitative ability

  • Leadership and entrepreneurial drive, with enthusiasm for working in a team environment

  • Strong mastery of Microsoft Office tools (specifically PowerPoint and Excel)

Preferred

  • 1-2 years of applicable experience in management consulting is a plus

  • Experience in the technology industry or as an engineer is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree
