You are :

A driven individual who can support the execution of acquisitions and divestitures in the United States and across the globe. This will involve significant financial analysis, project management and extensive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Activities include the identification of target acquisitions, building business models, managing and performing due diligence, and implement most phases of corporate transactions.

You will:

  • Collaborate with a Vice President of Corporate Development on acquisitions or divestitures in the United States and internationally.

  • Project management of all phases of corporate transactions.

  • Work with colleagues from various functional areas and managing the timely execution of numerous deadlines and milestones.

  • Support strong communication and relationships with key external groups including bankers, portfolio managers and senior analysts, auditors, legal counsel, investors, and auditors.

  • Deliver analytically rigorous and data-driven insights that help Pitney Bowes executives make strategic decisions and drive business prioritization.

Your background:

As a Manager, Corporate Development , you have:

  • MBA with a concentration in finance or accounting.

  • At least 3 years of experience in Banking, Corporate Development, Corporate Finance or relevant Consulting

  • Excellent business acumen with the ability to connect the dots between business strategy/initiatives, operational plans, and financial performance

  • Financial modeling, problem solving and project management skills.

  • Leadership and entrepreneurial drive, with enthusiasm for working in a team environment

  • Demonstrable leadership skills and ability/experience in influencing others.

  • Outgoing with strong oral and written communication skills, including an ability to listen and to articulate complex concepts in a manner that is audience-appropriate.

  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized, ability to multi-task and work autonomously

  • Comfortable working in a matrix environment

  • Strong mastery of Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
