You are:

Highly motivated, self-starter with exceptional organizational skills. You thrive on working independently or as part of a team, are excited about testing and learning from new marketing creatives that have a direct impact on revenue.

You will:

  • Manage client satisfaction research projects end-to-end including project intake, survey build, survey coding, data collection, presentation build, and delivery

  • Identify relevant data, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns with complex data sets

  • Develop data-driven, actionable insights from structured and unstructured data to help business partners enhance client experience and seize growth opportunities

  • Build and deliver executive level presentations, complete with infographics and insights

  • Participate in optimization practice including A/B and multivariate testing. Actively research opportunities and trends in analytics tools

  • Apprise senior level management of the motivations behind our clients’ satisfaction and make recommendations to mitigate impact and/or improve their experience

Your background:

As a Client Research Manager , you have:

  • 5-10 years’ experience in client satisfaction or related research including survey design, programming, data analysis, reporting and presentation of findings

  • Data savvy with a strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks

  • Ability to translate data into compelling stories with action plans appropriate for a variety of internal stakeholders

  • Prior experience with automated reporting tools or with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) a plus

  • Knowledge in statistical concepts required to drive advanced analytics or research projects. Should be able to identify the right statistical approach

  • Experience with EXCEL, SAS, R, SPSS or other statistical platform

  • Solid communication skills with the ability to explain technical data analysis results to business users and discuss challenges and issues to technical team

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required – MBA/ MA desired
