You are:

An experienced High Production Ink Jet Color Printer Technician with strong printer technology and electrical/mechanical knowledge, troubleshooting, and repair skills who is energetic self-motivated, and able to provide immediate problem resolution to ensure high levels of client/customer satisfaction.

Build. Deploy. Bridge. Grow.

  • Perform software installs, and troubleshoots, monitors, repairs, schedules, and provides mechanical/electrical preventative maintenance on Ink Jet Color Printing equipment and mailing inserter/sorting machines.

  • Plan and perform equipment upgrades and new installations.

  • Provide client training, phone support, emergency on-site assistance, and on-call availability as needed.

  • Ability to build and help strengthen strong customer relationships.

  • Collaborative team player who isn’t afraid to think outside the box to provide solutions.


  • 5 years’ experience repairing and maintaining High Production Color/Ink Jet/HP printers.

  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical/electrical equipment.

  • Experience in maintaining, repairing or installing mailing equipment such as inserters, sorters, or comparable equipment.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including proven ability to troubleshoot equipment problems, establish priorities and work under deadline pressures.

  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.

  • Complete familiarity within a Windows environment and basic knowledge of PC interaction with automated equipment.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule. Overtime and On-call as required.

  • BS degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science or related field of study is preferred.

  • A valid driver's license is required.

  • The ability to perform frequent lifting and/or moving items up to 55lbs. Are you able and willing to do this with or without accommodation?
