Handleincoming client calls and coordinate as necessary with Pitney Bowes (PB) staff
Assistin managing and building client relationships with customers.
Completespecial reports for clients as necessary.
Assistwith the invoicing process for customers to ensure timeliness andaccuracy, and provide billing back-up support in absence of others. Informcustomers regarding collection of accounts receivables.
Administerdatabases to include, but not limited to customer address, client meterinformation, client e-mail blast communications, and quality managementsystem (QMS) compliance.
Use computersystems and applications to update records, obtain information for othersand respond to most questions and problems.
Coordinatewith staff on special mailings and/or specific customer requests.
Assistin analysis and presentation of information as needed.
Communicatepertinent customer information to Operations personnel.
Notifymanagement of opportunities and risks related client satisfaction.
Assistwith investigations and resolutions of customer mail flow.
Allother duties as assigned.
As a Customer Service Administrator, you have:
Excellentverbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
Abilityto organize, prioritize and handle multiple work assignments.
Strongknowledge of PC applications; MS Office suite of products.
Abilityto maintain high work quality with limited supervision, effectively workindividually or in a team environment.
Professionaland courteous customer service skills.
Abilityto walk, stand, stoop, bend, sit and lift up to 25 lbs. with or withoutaccommodation.

Our Presort Services team is a national outsource provider of mail presort services for first-class and standard-class mail in the U.S. and a workshare partner of the United States Postal Service (USPS). Our Presort Services network provides mailers with end-to-end solutions from pick up at their location to delivery into the postal system. Through our network of 33 U.S. locations, and with our fully customized proprietary technology, we process approximately 15 billion pieces of mail annually and are able to expedite delivery and optimize postage savings for our clients.
