You are:

An HR College Intern with a strong work ethic who enjoys a challenging, fast-paced, and professional environment. As we continue to improve our processes, we are looking for someone with a creative mind and who is willing to take on a variety of projects. You are committed to championing new ideas, strategies or concepts to ensure that the business is retained and the client is satisfied.

You will:

  • Assist with the engagement survey analytics and review

  • Assist with talent management analytics

  • Learn about the human resource function through jobshadowing and HR association meetings

  • Willingness to complete other human resources tasks, asassigned

  • Help identify process improvements and develop possiblesolutions

Your background:

  • You are a current college student working towards adegree in: Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field.Ideal candidate for this internship will be a current junior or senior incollege.

  • Good knowledge of excel.

  • Have a high level of energy, be creative andenthusiastic, and have a willingness to learn.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Willing to work a minimum of 10 hours a week in thisinternship for no less than 12 continuous weeks
