You are:

A leader that will sit on the Global Financial Services (GFS) team and will oversee a $1B portfolio of assets and have overall responsibility for portfolio performance and growth. This position is accountable for leading our Captive Leasing Business Unit Segment within Pitney Bowes and is responsible for directing / driving the day-to-day operations

You will:

  • Be accountable for both revenue and profitability and will oversee key levers that maximize financing volume, yield, and income from operations to meet / exceed GFS and Pitney Bowes’ financial objectives.

  • Partner with internal Pitney Bowes business units to position financing solutions around products and services offered to help drive incremental sales and operating margins.

  • Have senior leadership visibility and will liaise with Pitney Bowes business unit heads and sales leaders to execute on market and pipeline opportunities.

  • Manage a global team consisting of financial sales directors, contact specialist, financial service specialists, and manager business integration specific to each country

  • Executes lease pricing and negotiated contract pricing within each Country that drive increases in the sales pipeline or accelerates existing opportunities.

  • Supervise and coordinate the price negotiation of leases. Review and analyze detailed financial analysis for specific lease transactions. Approve lease transactions within parameters. Present and obtain senior management approval for transactions outside of parameters.

  • Negotiate Commercial, Federal, State & Local Lease Contracts and State Contracts.

  • Educate & direct all sales reps in all channels to grow the GFS products (Lease & Payments) from the Senior Sales Professionals to the Partner Channel and Inside Sales in their assigned accounts and competitive and new accounts.

  • Drives the strategy for Lease Base Management portfolio – for retention and cross-selling full suite of GFS products within each Sales Channel.

  • Liaise with other functions/departments including Marketing, Asset Management, Risk Management, Operations, and Finance in the development and execution of go to market planning.

Yourbackground:

As a Global Leasing Director, you have:

  • 10 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry

  • Demonstrated success in P&L management and being accountable in driving the attainment of planned global revenue and profit for assigned portfolio

  • Strong global team management skills both direct and matrixed

  • Experience pricing complex transactions, understanding Bids and RFPs, documentation of lease transactions, and solutions selling vs. transactional selling

  • Strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute

  • Strong business and financial acumen

  • Must possess the ability to influence senior executives

  • Must be able to make decisions autonomously as well as drive decision making

  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills

  • Transformational leadership experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business highly desirable, MBA is preferred
