You are:

An independentthinker, self-starter relationship-oriented individual who will provide supportto the sales team throughout the lease pre-sale and/or terms & conditionsnegotiation process. You will support the strategy for the Global FinancialServices (GFS) lease and payments revenues to maximize sales revenues &meet GFS objectives.

You will:

  • Provide in-house leasing support for PB Field Sales, PBInside Sales, and PB Partner organizations.

  • Pricing, marketing and incentive program interpretation tosupport all sales channels. This includes the ability toprice complex transactions, knowledge of lease vs. buy analysis and develop astrong understanding of the value of leasing.

  • Analyzing and tracking sales representative leasing activity,marketing program activity and all promotion contest activity and will keep theGFS Sales and Marketing Manager informed of all sales trends and marketingopportunities.

  • Building and maintaining excellent sales support routines anddriving strong business relationships across the PB enterprise. Therelationship that exists between the sales processes and leasing processes,including but not limited to, acting as the interface between NBOC, Legal,Contracts, and the SMB sales organizations is a critical element.

  • Accountable for providing timely solutions by resolvingpaperwork issues, lease rejects, liaison to get leased orders processed, leaserate approval, structuring lease payment streams, negotiating terms andconditions as it relates to the GFS Lease contract, and troubleshootinginternal system and software related issues.

  • Provide support to the GMS SMB and Partner salesorganization with Lease Base Management, CPQ, SAP and OLFM issues as theyrelate to leasing.

  • Possess a strong understanding of Commercial, Strategic, Non-Profit,Federal, State & Local Government contract pricing and terms &conditions requirements.

  • Assist and support in the selling of additional revenuestreams such as Postal Payment Solutions products.

  • And other assignments as directed.

Yourbackground:

  • Must have a minimum of 2years’ experience in financial or sales experience.

  • Must have familiarity with both a financial calculator andPC.

  • Must have a general understanding of our business including,but not limited to: transaction, structure, pricing, sales, order processing,and postal knowledge.

  • Must have excellent presentation, communication andmotivational skills

  • Strong knowledge of the financial services industry.

  • Ability to influence others, not in direct reporting chain,to commit to projects and achieve excellence.

  • Ability to: learn quickly, is a self-starter, and workaggressively.

  • Must be a team player and work independently.

  • Vision for creative change.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Travel (<5%) may be required

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, BusinessAdministration, Marketing or a related field preferred.

  • Possess knowledge of the mailing/permitindustry
