Developing and integrating with sales leadership whowill oversee the execution ofmarketing campaigns and communication strategies
Responsible for managing a remote team of 8 seasonedsales reps who proactively sell into the Pitney Bowes extensive customerbase and also look for new customers in competitive markets
Participating in strategic partnerships by working withyour team to accelerate growth and add genuine value to Pitney Bowessolutions
Producing Daily/Weekly/Monthly accurate sales forecaststo senior management
Participating in trainings and sales meetings asdirected by management
Hiring new sales reps into the team while handlingleadership responsibilities
You are committed to championing new ideas, strategiesor concepts to ensure that the business is retained and the client issatisfied
Coach and mentor the sales repsto ensure their success by group meetings and daily one on one sessions
Own the district salestargets, comprising revenue from new direct sales and existing accounts
Provide leadership with a focus onbuilding, coaching and inspiring a sales team that delivers
Execute the growth plan using strong business acumen
5 years most recently in managing a team of sales reps
Demonstrated track record of success in strategydevelopment while coaching and mentoring daily
Outgoing personality ready to learn our business andgrow in sales

We are a leading provider of postage meters and have approximately one million meters installed.
