In this role, you will join our Customer Service Management team in . You will be responsible for:
Handlesadministrative functions for the sales personnel and Customer ServiceManagement staff.
Administersclient databases to include, but not limited to, input and update of customeraddress and contact information, client meter/permit information, customervolumes in Mailflow databases and information on all USPS required paperwork.
Verificationof receipt, accuracy, and availability of all USPS paperwork.
Openspermits with USPS for clients (both their own and mail exchange clients), asneeded, and maintain all informational databases on process.
Maintainsall databases for TQM compliance.
Checkswith QA/QC daily for customer mail issues and takes appropriate steps toresolve – either by informing the appropriate CSM or by contacting clientdirectly.
Handlesall issues and paperwork associated with the PresortXtra client program byconsistent communication and coordination with the PresortXtra Help Desk viaSalesforce.com. Keeps QA/QC and otherdepartments informed of issues and progress with PresortXtra clients.
Other duties as assigned.
Proficientwith Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Ability toorganize, prioritize and handle multiple work assignments with frequentinterruptions
Excellentwritten, verbal and interpersonal communication skills including skills ineffective listening.
Excellentattention to detail.
Previous administrativeor customer service experience.
Ability tolift 50 lbs., stand, walk, stoop and bend for long periods with or withoutaccommodation.
Must havethe ability to work overtime which may include weekends, holidays and or a differentshift with little or no advance notice.
Our Presort Services team is a national outsource provider of mail presort services for first-class and standard-class mail in the U.S. and a workshare partner of the United States Postal Service (USPS). Our Presort Services network provides mailers with end-to-end solutions from pick up at their location to delivery into the postal system. Through our network of 33 U.S. locations, and with our fully customized proprietary technology, we process approximately 15 billion pieces of mail annually and are able to expedite delivery and optimize postage savings for our clients.
