You are:

An experienced Logistics Specialist who will help drive optimal performance through data analytics. This position is part of a dynamic operations team that reports into a Global Carrier Operations Manager. The ideal candidate works well under pressure, willingness to learn and works well both independently and as a team member. This position is based in the New York City office and may require some travel.

You will:

  • Prepare and maintain timely and accurate KPIs

  • Perform network analysis for weekly reporting and perform Quarterly business review with vendors.

  • Follow up with providers on parcel shipping, tracking events, root causes investigations and other exception issues

  • Aggregate data from carriers to create mis-sort, un-manifested, and overage reports.

  • Assist in the development and adherence of carriers’ standard operating procedures and work instructions

  • And other assignments as directed

Your background:

As a Logistics Specialist you have:

  • A minimum of 3 years Logistics/Supply Chain Management experience specializing in transportation, distribution and/or freight management

  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills

  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) and integrated software applications

  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Manage themselves with a high level of integrity, respect and exemplify PBI core values and beliefs

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business/Logistics/Supply Chain preferred but not required)

  • Experience in the e-commerce industry
