You are:

A passionate sales executive who loves hunting new business, deriving client insights, influencing and collaborating with a variety of teams. You will identify and perform needs assessments and based on those needs – it will be your responsibility to create a solution that creates a digital transformation. You are based on the East coast and will work remotely from a home office.

You will:

  • Aggressively generate net new account growth and revenue by selling Digital Customer Engagement solutions within an East coast geography

  • Understand customer needs and ability to establish long-term relationship with each prospect and customer so as to maximize future revenue opportunities, including meaningful business relationships with “C” level executives.

  • Develop and build a qualified pipeline of accounts through your own efforts and outreach programs (leads, attending industry trade shows, webinars, direct calling and other support campaigns)

  • Effectively manage your pipeline to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas

  • Utilize SalesForce.com to update your sales activity and pipeline development on a regular basis

  • Utilize the Challenger © Sales framework of Teaching, Tailoring and Taking Control of a sales engagement

  • Implement sales strategies that leverage the pre-sales, product resources and sales assets that effectively position you for success

Your background:

As a Digital Sales Executive, you have:

  • 3 years of enterprise software sales experience selling digital communication products such as email, chat, video, bill presentment and payment solutions

  • 5-8 years overall sales experience

  • Experience selling into one of following verticals: Retail, Hospitality, Financial Services, Telco, Insurance, Healthcare

  • SaaS and cloud sales experience a plus

  • Proven history of solutions-selling capability with strong consultative skills and an ability to craft business solutions to complex business problems

  • Proven ability to establish strong relationships with both users and technical buyers with a demonstrated ability establishing the C-level contacts necessary to expand the Pitney Bowes solution footprint within the firm

  • Flexibility to travel up to 50% including overnight travel
