Team driven, collaborative, and passionate about business success through optimizing performance through business insight analysis and reporting development with data from entry through presentation. This is a remote position in North America, and may require up to 25% overnight travel.
Support Pitney Bowes Global Services (all functional units) and, as directed, other internal PB functions or 3 rd parties providing client technical product support, installation support, or back office support.
Be a stake-holder-triggered system and workflow analysis understanding of business insight and reporting needs.
Elicitation of stakeholder requirements and translating to standardized requirements, mockups, SIPOCs etc. as required to efficiently documenting BI requirements in sufficient detail to communicate external BI Development Team.
Communicate and clarify requirements in agile report development meetings.
Work closely with project stake-holders as a Project Manager when required.
Collaborate with assigned Project Managers as required: serving as proxy Project Manager when required

Bachelor's degree in IT Business/Systems analysis and BI domain or equivalent preferred
Demonstrated domain knowledge of global client product technical and installation support
Knowledge of data models and options of SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, SQL databases, architectures, and queries
Data model knowledge of ServicePower and SeviceMax
Experience with Microsoft Office, and MS Access, project management tools, .NET, Windows Azure IaaS and SaaS, requirements and project management tools
Fluent in English, exceptional written and oral communications skills
Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel
