A product management practitioner who has demonstrable success in developing and delivering products to market that generate customer experience and drives competitive advantage. You are a very data-centric individual who has industry experience coupled with a strong capability to gather, analyze and interpret data that supports clear recommendations to deliver the product to market. This position may be located remote.
Be tasked with driving business initiatives that meet and exceed revenue, profit and customer experience aspirations of the product(s).
Identify business needs and conceptualize solutions
Have responsibilities to manage products from concept, to design, testing, forecasting, cost, promotion, support and product end of life.
Develops products by identifying potential products, conducting market research, generating product requirements, determining specifications, time-integrated plans for product launch and developing marketing strategies.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders and departments to ensure product success.
Have the ability to write and deliver business requirements, write and deliver marketing and training materials, and read and write technical documentation
As a Product Manager, you have:
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in technology-based or service-based Product Management
3 years supply chain, logistics / warehousing with key working knowledge of Third Party Logistics (3PL) systems and or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS) and how they interact within the e-commerce market.
A solid track record of driving key business initiatives that support the accelerated growth of the business.
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work within a dynamic and fast paced work environment.
Project management skills, time management skills and problem-solving skills
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing. Masters preferred.
