A driven individual who is responsible for vendor relationships for Presort processes to include scheduling, handling all issues and billing activity.
Prepare weekly reports to include, but not limited to, Courier Billing, Suspension processing, IPS funding tracking, Exception Approvals, Funding requests to PB accounting for payments, and the Weekly Scheduling Report
Prepare monthly reports and tracking to include, but not limited to, Monthly Accrual Report, Monthly Courier Issues statistics, Communications with Vendors, Vendor Spend Report, Billing for Presort Services, Monthly Billing for UPS, and Monthly Piece Counts reporting
Handle all escalated courier issues on a daily basis to ensure solid relationships and continued success of the program
Prepare the Quarterly Wrap-Up reporting and Quarterly Report from Master Activity File
Perform the following tasks on an as needed basis : Billing research, payment information research, schedules sent to vendors ( holiday/ weather interruptions), and transportation partnership with Pitney Bowes Presort Services to enhance logistics capabilities
Attend all meetings and training sessions as required by management. Other duties as assigned.
As a Client Relationship Manager you have:
Strong communication and negotiation skills including the ability to adapt style as needed.
Computer skills using Microsoft Office
Ability to make sound decisions with the information at hand.
Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple work assignments with frequent interruptions.
Detail oriented a must
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Effective listening skills.
Ability to develop and grow long-term client relationships.
A minimum 3 years of applicable work experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Our Presort Services team is a national outsource provider of mail presort services for first-class and standard-class mail in the U.S. and a workshare partner of the United States Postal Service (USPS). Our Presort Services network provides mailers with end-to-end solutions from pick up at their location to delivery into the postal system. Through our network of 33 U.S. locations, and with our fully customized proprietary technology, we process approximately 15 billion pieces of mail annually and are able to expedite delivery and optimize postage savings for our clients.
