Passionate about developing diverse sourcing strategies to identify and attract the most competitive talent both internally and externally to ensure Pitney Bowe’s continued success.
Manage full life cycle recruitment effortsfor requisitions primarily across the Newgistics line of business
Assist in building, strengthening, andexpanding key businesses by attracting talent
Ensure the ongoing and future organizationaltalent demands are met while ensuring employment policies and practices arecompatible with all federal and state employment laws
As a Talent Advisor, you have:
Prior experience recruiting high volumewithin a warehouse environment is preferred
Extensive experience in direct sourcing,candidate assessment, as well as recruiting principles, theories and concepts
Previous direct sourcing knowledge and use ofsourcing tools.
Must be ethical, have high integrity, and bepassionate about attracting top talent
Extensive knowledge of at least one applicanttracking system and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
High standards, continuously raising the bar,delivering with a sense of urgency; operating with a strong customersatisfaction approach.
A demonstrated track record as an effectivenetworker and closer
A self-starter who can act as a strongindividual contributor, operating effectively in a matrixed organization
Knowledge of U.S. employment laws
