You are:

A Leader who will head a Global Technical Support team to support local countries on DMT Production Print products. You are performance driving, responsible for service revenue and margin for the print business.

The Global Technical Support team acts as engineering support team between DMT Service Team and print equipment vendors. Improves service processes/efficiency for Print field operations and increase Print Client satisfaction. Ensures service readiness for all Print product launch activities. Ensures strong partnership between Service Team and Print Product Management and Sales Team.

You will

  • Director of all service activities for DMT production print

  • Achieving budgeted service revenue for DMT production print

  • Teaming with Product Management and Sales Team in achieving sales target for new equipment placements

  • Lead/Build best in class service support team

  • Support Sales and Marketing on new products and opportunities

  • Production Print global service strategy (IntelliJet/Accelejet)

  • Client Satisfaction for Production Print Clients

  • Main service contact (relationship management) with HP and GT along with all Pre-Post partners (EMT/Hunkeler/standard finishing/Videk/Technau)

  • Manage Production Print Service P&L

  • WW escalation management/Red Alert support/owner

  • New and Current products support

  • Product launch requirements for Service

  • Corrective Actions

  • Manage Employee engagement activities

  • RFP’s worldwide for Product Print service responses

  • EMA pricing and approval

  • Primary contact within PB for production print service globally

  • Global employee coaching/communications

  • Management updates

  • Global service training/Installs/operator training/sign off of acceptance/CSR and operator certification

  • Assist rest of world to leverage service plans

  • All other tasks assigned my manager

Your background:

As a Director, Global DMT Print Technical Support, you have:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Engineering

  • Prior experience in managing global technical work force

  • Prior experience in managing a P&L service organization

  • Experience in new product launches and working with Sales, Product Management and Engineer Teams

  • Excellent communications and presentation skills

25% Travel as needed for Client visits and presentations (some will be handle remotely and are scheduled in advanced)
