A performance driven Leader who understands critical operational and financial information and translates it into results. You are relationship orientated and will partner with business leaders to drive growth and transformation.
Lead a dedicated GAO team to drive quality financial results
Be responsible for driving change in the general accounting organization for our fulfillment and parcels line of business
Lead efforts to enhance internal controls and account reconciliation processes and oversee the effective implementation of enhancement of internal controls
Analyze financial results and identify trends and unexpected variances
Maintain and enhance financial reports to help business leaders analyze their financial results
Partner with product and business leaders in the implementation of new products to ensure product launches are structured and developed with sustainable processes
As an Assistant Controller, you have:
Bachelor’s degree in accountancy
At least 8 years of similar and/or public accounting experience
An understanding of the financial close process, including foreign currency matters and intercompany accounting
Experience managing people and driving cohesive teaming in a rapidly changing environment
Knowledge of internal controls, including experience designing and implementing controls in response to changing business needs
An understanding of transactional based processes, including billing, payables, and payroll that enables you to oversee functional supervisors
Master’s degree and/or a current CPA (or equivalent) license
Experience with Oracle, Essbase, and/or HFM
eCommerce and/or logistics industry experience
