In this role, you will join our global Digital Marketing team in Stamford CT and report to the Web Operations Manager. You will be responsible for:
Load content to web sites using Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Digital Asset Manager.
Check and validate content work carried out by our development partners.
Work with Jira as a project management tool for bug tracking and reporting to resolve issues resulting from content development.
Manage Workamajig ticketing system for incoming requests, triaging and working with clients transnationally.
Use Clay Tablet integration software effectively to handle content localization.
Liaise with development partners as required to resolve issues and ongoing template development.
At least 2 years content management system experience and familiarity with
Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS in a B-to-B environment
Experience in working with different languages and countries
Use of Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Digital Asset Manager & HTML,
Photoshop, understanding of SEO, redirect implementation
Experience with domain management.
Hold relevant marketing or digital qualification
Project and time management skills
Ability to present and communicate to a range of different stakeholders
Communication skills – both verbal and written
