*About the Opportunity *
As a Human Resources intern at Pitney Bowes you will work directly for and with leaders of our Global organization. This opportunity is focused on our Talent organization, consisting of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Learning and Development. A particular area of focus will be the internal mobility initiative. The purpose of the internal mobility initiative is to enhance the internal talent pool to enable deployment of talent through promotions, transfers, stretch assignments and succession planning to grow and support the Pitney Bowes employees. You will work with the internal mobility team, as well as other HR and business team members, to help progress internal mobility for our employees. You will also enjoy the opportunity to attend many events throughout the summer that will grow your network as well as your personal development.

- Pitney Bowes is recruiting for an undergraduate or graduate student to join us for an internship in our Global Human Resources organization. The Talent Management Intern will work with the team on the following key areas:
- Internal mobility programs and initiatives: promotion and communication, change management, data and metrics etc.
- Talent Management initiatives: annual performance and succession planning programs
- Talent Acquisition initiatives: candidate and manager focused projects and initiatives
Qualifications * Junior or senior undergrad, or graduate level student with an interest in Human Resources * HR degree or track a plus * Proven success in both team and leadership setting * Strong written and verbal communication skills
