As the Director, Global Recruitment Strategy & Programs at Pitney Bowes, you play a critical part in designing and executing our global recruitment programs, working with our Talent Acquisition, HR and business leaders. In this role, you’ll join the Talent Acquisition team and will report to the VP, Global Talent Acquisition. You will have responsibility for managing our global Talent Acquisition tools, process and strategy which enables the success of our goal to attract high performing talent to Pitney Bowes. You will consult and collaborate across the business to leverage recruitment tools and technologies, processes, and programs. Additionally, support recruiting efforts to augment assist in improving diverse applicant candidate pools.
Key areas of focus for this role:
Develop dynamic and innovative recruitment strategies and implement aggressive recruitment programs to improve quality and efficiency.
Play an integral role in partnering with internal Marketing and Communications team to bolster and amplify Pitney Bowes employment branding initiatives.
Partner with Global Talent Analytics team to create and instantiate meaningful metrics to maximize and align resources and drive business results.
Analyze reports and data for effectiveness of source of hire.
Assess, evaluate and standardize processes and procedures to gain efficiency and increased value in networking and sourcing relationships, candidate communications, screening and identifying potential candidates, and engaging candidates.
Support and continuously improve the Pitney Bowes recruitment model to encourage operational excellence.
Contribute to the selection and implementation of tools, training and processes to promote best practice sharing.
Partner with HR to ensure recruitment records meet corporate, state, and federal regulations (EEO, OFCCP).
Determine recruitment vendor strategy and continuously evaluate recruitment vendor performance.
Proven experience successfully leading global HR/Recruitment function with proven track record of developing and leading winning performance.
Proven ability to lead program/projects from development through successful execution. Strategic consulting experience is a plus.
Experience with vendor management, particularly advertising/marketing vendors.
Understands recruitment process and technology.
Understands company related financial metrics.
Able to conduct primary research on recruitment trends and best practices.
Previous experience working with and/or rolling out HR related technology on a global level.
Excellent technical skills, i.e., Excel, Power Point, Word; ability to model and analyze talent data
Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects at once, excellent research and analytical skills.
Excellent influencing ability and ability to understand complex impact of decisions
Excellent client service skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Related Work Experience
HR/Recruiting experience 8-10 years
Management experience 5 years
Strategic consulting experience is preferred
