About the Opportunity

In the Manager Legal Technology role at Pitney Bowes, you will be a key member of the Global Legal and Compliance Organization responsible for the management of legal information technologies where you will be asked to collaborate with management, attorneys, and staff on current projects and future needs.

In this role, you will join our Legal and Compliance team and will report to the Director Records and Information Management. You will be responsible for:

• Management and support of legal information technology

• Analyze and recommend new technology systems

• Collaborate with the legal and IT departments in designing and implementing technologies and ensure the maintenance of these systems

• Train lawyers, legal professionals and other members of the legal team on technologies

• Provide training and support in all areas of Records Management and Information Governance


Familiarity with Legal practice management, technology. Experience on a large technical project as either a team member or lead

Familiarity with legal and technology trends, networks, professional organizations

Strong in process change management. Analytical and Problem Solving; Strong Interpersonal and communication – both written verbal and presentation; Both creative and practical in order to handle varied role as a solution provider and an administrator of process and procedures; Proficient in Microsoft suite of products and other Windows applications; Familiar with technology, systems, and the desire to learn other business applications and packages; Self-starter who can work independently; Customer oriented work ethic; Ability to prioritize and juggle responsibilities and perform in a matrix organization

Knowledge of Microsoft’s suite of products including SharePoint, Bridgeway Software’s, Matter Center, Worldox (DMS) Software, Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server; Trainer or educator experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology.
