In this role, you’ll join our Presort Service team in Omaha, NE. You will be responsible for:


  • Communicate information to the appropriate departments, ensuring the necessary response and service functions are being met, in order to verify customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and minimal delay. This includes:

  • Tracking and reporting situations as they occur.

  • Communicating proactively and effectively in a professional office environment with multi-faceted customers, emergency agencies, the general public, and employees.

  • Ensuring accurate documentation of accidents, injuries, delays, and equipment breakdowns, and determining the appropriate parties to contact.

  • Analyze emergency situations and determine the appropriate procedures to follow. This includes:

  • Communicating weather delays, road closures, and other emergency situations to the appropriate personnel.

  • Function as the initial contact for communication with regulatory agencies and the general public.

  • Document and track all communication of situations until a resolution has been achieved. The position:

  • Manages customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner.

  • Maintains impeccable follow through with accurate and timely response.

  • Manage, collect, and analyze metrics for the organization.

  • All other duties as assigned

Work Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm (1 hour "on-call")

Friday 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm


  • 2-5 years of experience working in an operations/transportation/fleet service department.

  • Strong PC skills including MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Ability to understand and manage business needs and requirements, clearly communicate under stressful conditions, and work proactively to solve problems.

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail. Strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 #’s, walk, stand, stoop, and bend 80% of the time with or without accommodation.

  • Based on operational need you must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends, holidays, a different shift and/or ON-CALL with or without advance notice.

The Team

Our Presort Services team is a national outsource provider of mail presort services for first-class and standard-class mail in the U.S. and a workshare partner of the United States Postal Service (USPS). Our Presort Services network provides mailers with end-to-end solutions from pick up at their location to delivery into the postal system. Through our network of 33 U.S. locations, and with our fully customized proprietary technology, we process approximately 15 billion pieces of mail annually and are able to expedite delivery and optimize postage savings for our clients.
