About the Opportunity
As a Senior Technical Account Leader, you will have overall accountability and responsibility for leading the planning, definition, management and implementation of all programs / projects for one of PB’s largest clients. This includes working closely with the client and PB’s cross functional teams in the identification, business case development, prioritization, planning and implementation of all programs / projects in support of the client’s business with PB. This individual will report directly to the SVP & General Manager – Marketplaces. This role will be paired up with a Business Account Leader (two-in-the box account leadership team).

Responsible for working cross functionally in the identification, planning and execution of operational and technical excellence / continuous improvement programs that enable PB to continue to deliver superior service and support to the client in the most cost effective way.
Work very closely with technical support on all technical issues ensuring they are identified and addressed in a timely manner to the client’s satisfaction. This includes working with technical support to ensure we have the right monitoring and alerts in place to proactively identify issues ahead of the client.
Play a key role, in partnership with the client, PB Product and Engineering, in the development, management and implementation of the product roadmap that supports this client.
Serve as a key member of the Innovation Steering Committee ensuring that PB is continually innovating in support of this client.
Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in one of the following fields: Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering
Experience leading complex technical projects using specialized knowledge of project management principles and industry standard methodologies
Minimum of 5 years related professional experience in a technical project management capacity, 2 years experience leading teams or managing direct reports
Moderate understanding of computer programming and ecommerce principles, technologies and terminology
Excellent computer, presentation, communication and time management skills
Experience working on technical projects of varying sizes, including for both public and private companies
Skilled in the use of project management systems or software
