About the Opportunity As a Logistics Specialist you will work with the team to manage, track and analyze performance for outbound ecommerce parcels in a fast paced environment. This helps our clients fully realize market conversion potential by providing world class service. Build. Deploy. Bridge. Grow. * Prepare and maintain timely and accurate KPIs * Perform network analysis for weekly reporting and perform Quarterly business review with vendors. * Follow up with providers on parcel shipping, tracking events, root causes investigations and other exception issues. * Aggregate data from carriers to create mis-sort, un-manifested, and overage reports. * Assist in the development and adherence of carriers’ standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Qualifications * Minimum of 3 years of Logistics/Supply chain management experience in transportation, distribution and/or freight management * Strong knowledge of MS Office suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and integrated software applications * Superior organizational skills and ability to perform detailed analysis are required * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Experience in e-commerce industry preferred * Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics preferred
