In this role, you will join our Global e-commerce Fraud team, you will be based in the New York City office and report to the Fraud Prevention Team Leader. You will be responsible for:
Researching and analyzing live customer transactions for possible cases of fraud
Identifying and differentiating between valid and fraudulent transactions
Contacting international customers via telephone and email to verify purchases
Analyzing fraud patterns and order trends, and making recommendations on how to adjust fraud filters to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Analyzing automatically accepted orders for fraud risk, and working with team to cancel orders and stop parcels in order to minimize losses
Monitoring email, voicemail, and related information for support inquiries
Background in e-commerce, banking or financial services fraud investigations preferred
Understanding in fraud revenue analysis
Computer literate, good understanding on how to navigate through systems and web
Knowledge of Cybersource Decision Manager
Mandarin language skill
