About the Opportunity As a Client Manager you will asked to manage a portfolio of client relationships with our iconic list of top internet retailers and build long term mutually beneficial strategic partnerships. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution by driving international sales for major brands and increasing the overall performance of a fast-growing digital commerce company.

The Client Management team serves as the primary business interface for our Clients through the lifecycle of the relationship and works closely with our Clients to help them develop and deploy new capabilities and growth programs designed to grow and efficiently operate their international ecommerce business. The Senior Client Manager will oversee multiple key accounts, lead and drive growth strategies for his/her Clients, become a trusted advisor consulting our clients on international ecommerce best practices, and collaborating with our Product, Operations, Consumer Products and Insights and Professional Services teams on new innovations, product roadmap features, new solutions, market insights, solution adoption and implementations. Additionally, in this role, you will partner with Sales to drive up-sell and cross-sell opportunities inside the accounts

Build. Deploy. Bridge. Grow. * Manage assigned high profile client portfolio ensuring it consistently meets/exceeds Pitney Bowes revenue and profit objectives * Support Client Segment Leader across all strategic Borderfree initiatives * Manage and cultivate client relationships at all levels that strengthen and broaden Pitney Bowes reach and coverage as measured by increased profit, client satisfaction and recognition from client that Borderfree is a trusted strategic global ecommerce partner * Work closely with Client Operations and Business Intelligence team analyzing areas of growth potential & optimization * Own all client communication, new solution awareness, solution adoption and best practice evangelism * Support the development and execution of strategic account plans that exploit Borderfree capabilities and drive new growth opportunities. Collaborate with Clients on growth strategies and marketing opportunities * Maintain subject matter expertise on the Borderfree technology, all supporting services, and best practices and effectively communicate all offerings and product enhancements to Clients * Become an expert on the client’s industry and business to ensure we are bringing to our clients the best solutions and programs to increase revenue * Advocate industry and client needs, feature requests and goals within the Pitney Bowes organization to support and enable our the prioritization and timely investment in innovation that keeps Pitney Bowes ahead of the market * Liaise with internal departments to ensure that any Client issues are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner * Manage and drive Client contracts and contract renewals * Monitor, report and analyze Clients’ volumes, forecasts and order conversion * Support the sales process with new prospects and ensure Client Management owns and drives the relationship from the beginning and ensure the initial client implementation on the Borderfree platform is optimized and successful

Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. MBA is strongly preferred * 2 years of strategic account management or business development experience, preferably in a software or technology environment * Strong account management discipline, processes and structure * Significant experience working with C-level Client executives regularly * Excellent client relationship and delivery skills with the demonstrated ability to communicate effectively throughout all levels of an organization * Excellent business data analysis and modeling expertise * Excellent computer, presentation, communication and time management skills * Moderate understanding of computer programming and ecommerce principles and technologies * Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator with proven track record of driving change with clients * Ability to think and plan strategically, working with mid/long term project success cycles * General understanding of retail and the following specialties o E-commerce P&L o Shipping/Logistics Strategies o Affiliate/Marketing Environment
