In this role, you will join our Presort Business Unit in Naperville, IL and report to the General Manager Presort Services. You will be responsible for:
Managing relationship with clients by actively preventing issues, maintaining and growing long-term business objectives.
Provides in-depth analysis and presentations to senior level management to assure volumes, pricing and quality are appropriate and to meet service level requirements.
Understands client’s products and long-term business strategies to identify additional revenue and business opportunities.
Negotiates contract renewals, contract agreements with existing and new clients.
Prioritizes plans and communicates regulatory postal changes to clients. Determines contract changes as a result of regulatory changes and negotiates contract terms.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Three – Five years of Senior Account management/development experience in mailing industry, specifically parcels.
Holds or will be able to obtain MQC (Mailpiece Quality Control) Certification.
Ability to be available 24/7 to address any crucial customer service issues that may arise.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Our Presort Services team is a national outsource provider of mail presort services for first-class and standard-class mail in the U.S. and a workshare partner of the United States Postal Service (USPS). Our Presort Services network provides mailers with end-to-end solutions from pick up at their location to delivery into the postal system. Through our network of 33 U.S. locations, and with our fully customized proprietary technology, we process approximately 15 billion pieces of mail annually and are able to expedite delivery and optimize postage savings for our clients.
