In this job, you’ll join our Software Channels team and report to the Vice President, Software Channels. You will be responsible for:

•Develop and maintain broad and deep relations with various company partners in all solutions areas, building multi-level relationships up to the executive levels.

•Gain knowledge of the partners’ propositions, markets, business challenges and customer opportunities and effectively tie them back to PBS initiatives / strategies.

•Develop and execute challenging but attainable strategy plans with each key partner across the market space.

•Develop relationships which map to “Major” Federal Initiatives and Pitney Bowes Software (PBS) solution offerings and capabilities as whole or in part.

•Ensure each key partner understands the vision, strategies and capabilities of PBS.

•Produce and manage high-quality leads through effective engagements with partners.

•Coordinate with internal PBS and cross-PB resources to launch key partner sales planning efforts of the company and leverage internal resources to continue education and development of the partnerships.

•Develop highly effective partnership presentations and whiteboards to deliver to our partners and to have them deliver to their agency customers.

•Assist in creating an understanding of our existing client base and where we fit from a partnership strategy perspective.

•Establish and manage teaming agreements to produce win/win results.

Qualifications:

•10 years of enterprise software sales experience

•5 years selling to / with / through Federal SIs and other key Federal partners for the benefit of (FBO) the US Federal Government

•5- 10 years of demonstrated experience working on large / complex projects

•Solution-selling experience with positioning and selling solutions vs. pushing products. Communicating value in client terms.

•Proven Public Sector experience (Federal Government preferred)

•Strong verbal, communication, and presentation skills (Must be demonstrated during the recruitment process).
